why not ask tsohost rather than posting here?

it don't look so good for them when you post stuff like that. makes people feel nervous.

Sorry about that, there was a brief outage on the .140 server earlier. Unfortunately our internal monitoring didn't pick it up immediately as the server was still responsive, just very slow until the runaway process consumed all of the ram and services started to fail.

Should have all been restored some time ago
