When you open SIV from the gigabyte App, are you able to view EC_2 temp sensor in the smart fan 5 advanced tab when setting custom temperature sensors?

I can see and use EC_1, but EC_2 is not there to be used. I can see that EC_2 is there and working in both the BIOS and the temp monitoring but for some reason it doesn't show up in the fan app, so you can't do anything in reference to it regarding fan curves etc.

Just wanted to know if this is some configuration issue or whether it's normal... the manual makes no mention of limitations in regards to EC_2.

Cheers for any help!

May be the siv software playing up
Smart fan 5 reports zero rpm on all my fans only my 2 pumps show rpms
Yet when I go into system alert section of smart fan/siv it shows every single fans rpm fine
So siv is glitchy far as I am concerned
And guess you need temp sensors attached as ec_temp 1 and 2 have no reading for me at all

Yeah have temp sensors plugged in and reading correctly both in bios and SIV, just doesn't show up in the custom fan curve section so I can't use it to define temp.

odd!

I will look at this when I get home. Should be about 1 hour. I do have custom fan curves set and I am getting temp readings but whether i am getting the ec_2 I am not sure.
