Anyone work for RoyalMail?

My Parcel has gone missing as seller put wrong name and address on it. Seller has vanished. RoyalMail KNOW who they delivered to (name and address) and its 200 miles from me but they won't tell me details

I'd rather NOT lose the money, so does anyone know any "ways" to extract the name/address from the international tracking code?

Feel free to post if you have helpful ideas (I tried asking my local postie but no help)

Looks like its CC refund but my preference was to get the item as the price was decent
