Got a call from Sky on Monday offering me the movie and/or sports channels half price over the Christmas period, I had a think and came to the conclusion that this deal was in fact quite agreeable so I informed the representative to add the aforementioned package & price combination to my account as soon as was humanly possible. She then informed me she was having a problem with her system and would call me back in 20 minutes, it's Wednesday night and I still await to hear the lovely young woman's enticing voice again.
I gave them a call earlier and they basically said they couldnt add the package as it was only outbound who could offer it. Anyone know how one might straighten out this situation and attain the nextar that is half price movie channels?
