You don't need to wait for Gibbo, I can already tell you.

No. There is absolutely and utterly no reason whatsoever on this earth upon which we reside that it's worth getting rid of your 7970 and buying a 680.

Not unless you have upgraditis and can't control yourself.

Put simply there is nothing a 680 can do that the 7970 can't. So unless you are obsessed with numbers I would just relax and enjoy your card.

Because if you don't then man, you have some expensive lessons coming up.

AMD are not done with Southern Islands. Give it a few weeks and Tenerife or a heavily overclocked 7970 will be with us and once again you will be playing the catch up game.
