Anything better than Trillian?

I dont really use any messenger services but i now need to have both an MSN messenger account and an AIM account.

Im just wondering if Trillian Basic (which ive also never used) is what everyone else uses as an all in one type of thing?

Pidgin

Used it for a few weeks when my msn wasn't working. Seems like a good service.

I'd say Pidgin is the best universal IM client of the ones I've used (Trillian, Digsby and Pidgin). Not sure if there are any other decent alternatives.
