Anything better?

So I got a Titan Fenrir v2 on a i5 [email protected] and hit 65 degrees C under Prime95.

Assuming I could sell the Fenrir for £20 and could add another £20, is there anything better? is it worth bothering with? looking at other peoples temps with overclocked 2500K CPU'S. I am in the ball park as far as temps go, maybe I am just looking for an excuse to change it

so basically: what £40 coolers are significantly better than a £20 cooler?

well, if you go second hand, you can get a noctua d-14, i got one for £43 used

My scythe ninja supports my i7 930 @4.3 at 65 after about 3 hrs and that's on the lowest fan setting. I would go for that as it is around £40 IIRC
