Anything equivalent to 2009 iMac?

Hi,

I currently use a 27" 2009 iMac in target display mode as a monitor for my PC.

As such I barely use OS X and I am thinking of selling it.

What monitor would offer the same kind of performance? I believe the iMac screen is an IPS panel?

Any help would be appreciated!
