Anything good I can make from any of this food?

I've got different things of food, but I can't think what to make with it, or even if anything can be made with it?

I've got the following:

Philadelphia spread
Bakes Beans
Tinned peas
Gravy powder
pasta and spaghetti
Tinned tuna
rice
pasta sauce
tikka sauce
lots of frozen chopped veg like carrots, leaks, parsnip etc..
Sausages in the freezer
eggs
butter
bread
mustard
brown sauce

That's about it.

Is it possible to make a meal by using a combination of those things? Something decent?

Anything else abit more.. I dunno... less usual.
