Anything here worth upgrading?

Arctic P Series fans which I'm not particularly fond of, they look cheap (They were) and although they are very quiet up to a certain RPM they get very loud after it

depends on which p-series fan you got.
the pwm pst (non-co) have fluid dynamic bearings
the pwm pst co have ball bearings
so in theory the non-co fans should give a better noise profile

the arctic fans may be cheap, but they are a very decent bunch of fans. you wouldn't gain much by changing them. more of a side-grade than anything else.

What fans do you have?
my case fans are specific to my usage as i've got a SFF box.
1x noctua nf a-15, 2x silverstone SST-FN124B (slim fans that came with the case)

when i had a battlebox - i was using the scythe gentle typhoons (grand daddy of case fans lol)

Ah ok, I like everything to match but I might leave it I'll see how I feel when I add it all up

They are non Co, PWM PST

So I set the RAM to CAS14, did a run in cinebench and Heaven beforehand and then again after

I actually lost a few point on both, completely margin of error but I've just set it back to the XMP Profile which is CAS16

Maybe I did something wrong because it seems odd I didn't gain anything, i used dram calc first and my pc wouldnt boot with the suggested timings so I found an auto OC function for RAM in the BIOS and tried that and it booted fine 3200 CAS14 according to CPU Z but Thaiphoon reported CAS16 still

Not sure what happend to be honest :)
