Got the card for my rents home pc. Want to play some games while I am at home and was wondering if there were any specific tweaks for this card (ie. 4200-4600 like the 9800se softmod). Hopefully will be able to do more to it then just overclock

I'm pretty sure that like the 6800 GT to the Ultra the Ti4200 is identical to the Ti4600, overclock it to the same speeds and you have the higher card.
You might be surprised at what it can do though, the Ti4200 is less obsolete than it seems (providing you aren't playing 'too' modern games)

You can pretty much play any unreal 2003 graphics engine games and anything that came around that time at high settings. You can also play Farcry and HL2 at 1024x768 at medium/low settings with no problems. Things only go downhill after doom3 and other shader intensive games.
