Anything i can do with this picture?

I took this with an old compact camera (Pentax Optio S7) when i went climbing up Ben Nevis, and i just came across it again, nice little memory, but i just missed catching the sun right it seems, i've had a play but i can't get it looking much better, heres the original.

Heres's my attempt.

Is there anything i can salvage from that or is it just a bit to worse for ware ?

Haha, fair enough guys, all i wanted was the truth no mircales! I just liked the glare from the sun, i just wondered if there was any way i could "lessen" it a little, tbh i didn't expect much really

Wow, maybe i'm easily impressed, but i quite like that ChroniC! I will have a play, basically my LCD was broken on my camera (no veiwfinder either ) so i was shooting blind the whole time i was up and around Ben Nevis, and i liked that picture (its what i was trying to achieve) but i was just a little unlucky at guessing it correctly .

Cheers anyways, i'll have a futher play and see what i can make of it
