Anything I can upgrade?

Got loads of money spare, so I thought I might treat myself.

Current spec:

AMD Dual Core x2 3800, MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum nForce4 Ultra
PowerColor ATI Radeon X1800 XT 512MB, 2gb GeIL RAM
Hitachi Deskstar T7K250 NCQ 160GB, NEC ND4570 16x16 DVD±RW

I know there probably isn't a lot I can do, without fully upgrading my system (something I'm not prepared to do for another 4-5 months) but I wouldn't mind a n FPS boost in games like CS:Source and BF2, and just a gaming performance boost in general.

well a 8800 then, but I wouldn't bother, save the money and wait till there is a bigger range on DX10 cards

Gaming boost in CS : Source with a X1800XT??. I played CS : Source for almost a year maxed out on almost exactly the same spec... X2 3800+, 2Gb of GeiL Ram and a X1800XT 512mb and ran perfectly (...on frame limiter)

To be honset I would save your money and put it towards a new rig in 4-5 months time.

For now I would overclock that x2 3800 which will give you a nice boost if you have not already clocked it

Im running mine at 2.7Ghz.

what monitor you running?

a bigger one would be a good upgrade for the future?
