On Nvidia cards I like tweaking the LOD, Varying types of AA etc.. within Nvidia Inspector, Is there anything like that for AMD cards ?

I think there's something called Radeon Pro Tools. I'm unsure if it's still developed though, as I haven't used an AMD card for a few years.

I was going to recommend a couple of programs like that but they seem to pop up then stop being maintained after awhile and not frequently using AMD cards the two I'm most familiar with are a bit out of date and don't even support Vega cards :s

Depending on what you are actually looking for some functionality that on the nVidia side only exists in nVidia inspector is possible in Crimson - but it doesn't have a fair bit of the more advanced stuff.

The AMD Radeon Tools that installed with the driver allows setting global and individual profiles for each games from setting graphic settings to overclocking as well, so there's no need to get 3rd party support tools.
