are you overclocking? if so you might want a better 3rd party cooler like a Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU Cooler (Socket AM2/LGA775) with a sutible 120mm fan

i would also get a corsair PSU instead as they are highly recommended on the forums

i also hope you have a 64 bit OS to make use of all that ram

I can't see anything missing but are you actually thinking about Crossfiring the X3870XT here? It isn't entirely clear from your post and I can't be bothered specifying up the system to check the overall price, if so I'd suggest you reconsider. P35 based motherboards have one PCI-E 16x slot and one PCI-E 4x slot so it isn't ideal for Crossfire and you could buy an 8800GTX for the price which ought to perform as well probably - albeit I'd need to check the figures to make sure. :)

cheers all, i swap the psu to a corsair, also got the oem cpu and the Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme :) Yeah i have got the 64bit vista. I also got another thing i like to do let me know what you all think please, i want to swap the 2 3870 XT and Asus P5K Intel P35 to a EVGA GeForce 8800 GT 512MB Superclocked "Crysis Edition" and EVGA nForce 680i SLi (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2, this way i can use EVGA upgrade policy to upgrade to new gtx when they are out with the option of sli if need be.

lol thanks for reminding my of the speakers :P

thxs for the help so far :D
