Anything to do before/ after installing new cards?

Hiya guys, got my 2x 7950's coming tomorrow and ill be replacing my 6950 with it however thinking about it ive never replaced or had a new graphics card to an existing system. So anyway is there anything I need to do like uninstall drivers etc before or after I install these new babies? Or is it more plug and play?

Everyone has different methods, but what I do is:

1) Download the latest drivers from AMD
2) Uninstall via Control Panel
3) Then uninstall via Device Manager
4) Power off PC, and swap around cards
5) Turn PC on, install new drivers
