Anything to Merge HDD partitions

I have 2 partitions on the one HDD and wish to now merge them so the drive is only 1 partitions HOWEVER, I wish to retain the data on both partitions.

Is there any software which can do this?

You make a boot disk & it boots a small Linux app so you can amend the partitions in a safe environment. Very Very easy to use too. You see the partition & you just drag the slider for the size you want it
