Anything worth upgrading ??

Is there anything you chaps think is worth upgrading my setup is :

Nope, not really. If you want to upgrade that rig then wait for Bulldozer in August (?) and Ivybridge in early 2012. You could also wait for the next generation of GPUs.

Edit: If you're itching for an upgrade right now then why not go for a new monitor?

Looking good. Nothing that would be worth your while atm. Maybe replace the 5850 CF with a 580 if they are bothering you. Very expensive, and no benefit in performance otherwise.

Possibly a IPS 23-24''. I love my two monitor setup.

if your pc isn't struggling with anything your doing, theres no point in upgrading
