Im trying to work out my waterloop. Im going to be using a T-Line to fill the loop, but I also want a drain a tthe bottom. So can anyone see anything fundamentally wrong with the following setup? I will be having the Tline attached just after the top of that tube. Does a Tline have to be immediately before the pump inlet, or can it be a bit along the line, as long as the coolant reaches it by mavity for lubriation purposes?

the t-line can be a little along the line before the pump inlet but not too far away. mine is about 10cms from the inlet.

the drain thing seems fine, shouldnt pose any problems just make sure there is no air in it once you have bled the loop.

looks fine to me.

for looks i wouldn't have used hose clamps :D but thats just me :P

my only concern is that of the material of the fillport it is the new Derlin one isnt it ? ( not the old aluminium ones )

Cheers guys. Yeah, its a Delrin fillport Rick. I won't be having no galvanic corrosion in this loop. I know what you mean about the look. But im considering covering the hose clapms in something like heatshrink tubing or electrical tape. Might even spray them black.
