Hey, well I asked for a bit of help yesterday speccing some machines that were purely for graphic manipulation purposes, ie. photoshop and the like. The budget per machine was £2,000 but it certainly helps to be under as it leaves money left over for printers, tablets and other peripherals. Anyway, here's what I specced, anybody see a problem with it or is it alright as is?

CPU: Intel Core i7 920 D0 2.66GHz Socket 1366 8MB Cache

Mobo: ASUS P6T SE iX58 Socket 1366 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard

Mem: OCZ 4GB KIT (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600Mhz PC3 12800 REAPER SERIES DUAL CHANNEL KIT (7-7-7-24)

HDD: Samsung HD103SJ Spinpoint F3 1TB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm 32MB Cache

GPU: Sapphire HD4350 1GB DDR2 DUAL DVI HDTV PCI-E

PSU: CoolerMaster 600W Silent Pro Modular PSU - 50A Single Rail 9x SATA 2x PCI-E

Case: CoolerMaster All Black Elite 330 Mid Tower Case - No PSU

Monitor: Samsung T260HD 26" LCD TV/Monitor 16:9 Widescreen 1920x1200 1080p

Media Drive: Sony AD-5240S 24x DVD±RW DL Internal SATA Black Bare Drive

KB/M: Microsoft Wired Black Optical Desktop 1000 USB Keyboard and Optical Mouse.

All in all it should come to around about £1160 ish. Any suggestions?

I would definately get a better graphics card... even if you're not gaming something like a 4670 would be brilliant. And the PSU could be better, something like a 450W Corsair?

if your running a 4350 i dont think you need 600w look at the 500w and see how much it saves you.

if in the future you think you are going ot be powering more than one hard drive or maybe more optical drives then keep the 600w
