Hey guys,
Total noob question, but I'm learning...
I'm currently trying to sell a Q9650, which I previously had in my system, however I never overclocked it personally. I have now gone i7 so can't just pop it into my rig and run cpu-z.
Is there anyway to find out the stepping of the chip without installing it? As I havn't got access to a 775 rig.

Don't know if any of that will help, but that's what's on the proccessor, had a poke around intels website to see if any of that was relevant and had no luck.
Again, apologies for the noob question.
