I currently have 8GB (two 4GB) sticks of 'Corsair Vengeance Pro Series' RAM (currently not running at the advertised speed):

1866MHz
9-10-9-27
1.50v

I have been given what I believe is 8GB (two 4GB sticks) of 'Corsair Low Profile' RAM:

1600Mhz
9-9-9-24
1.50v

1. Is it possible to get the 4 sticks working together?
2. If so, how?
3. Would it be worth my time? Or should I try to get my original memory running close to its advertised speed instead?

Thanks :)

Thanks for the reply!

The PC fails to boot when I put them all in together, in any combination. Should I;

1. Put original set in
2. Change the settings in bios to match the low profile timings
3. Power down
4. Remove original set
5. Put second set in different slots
6. Check the timings are as though in bios
7. Power down
8. Put original set back in the slots they came from
9. Power on with all sticks in place?

:)
