Anyway to bench COD4?

Topic, wanna see how taxing AA and AF is and come to the best setup. Does AF work in game menu's, is the slider on full equal af 16x or do you need to use nvidia control panel to get it. Any apps aroudn for benching cod4?

Fraps, run it with AA on and AA of etc, see all the different combos and records how many FPS you get for the same scene

Yea go fraps but anyway to make a timedemo, so it plays exactly the same scene over to test with?
