Anyway to fix E68 error? (Xbox)

Just play RDR, whilst it was loading to go into the game I just press my dashboard button all of a sudden the console froze, so I turned it off and then back on.

Then I was presented with a lovely error message 'E68', I have googled this and it appears to be a HDD error. I have removed the HHD and the console boots up fine but when the HDD is plugged back it I get the error screen again.

The console is around 6 months old, 120GB model Elite.

Hopefully they is something I can do?

Back to the retailer? 12 month warranty.

Will I be able to get a replacement from the retailer? It was the lovely purple one? Kinda cheese off was just enjoying RDR!

Just rang purple, they said they will exchange the console! Arghh so need to treck into town!!

All sorted, went back to Purple and got a brand new Elite, now...time to start RDR again even though I have lost all my saves

Should I change my LIVE password incase my old HDD I took back to game falls into the wrong hands??
