Anyway to lock winamp to desktop?

As thread title, is there anyway to lock wimap to the desktop, like you can do with some calendars and other stuff?

I think Rain-thinngy and other desktop enhancers have Winamp controls... just minimise winamp to the Tray and have Buttons, Album art etc... on the desktop!
