Anyway to send yourself a phone call?

Hi,
Sometimes when in a meeting with customers i need to get phoned up so i have an excuse to politely leave.
How can i do this?
Can i do it from my dumbphone?
Can i also do it from my laptop?

ie, i just need to get a phone call from a "robot" or whatever.
