AOC 24" 2434PW

No experience of this particular model but my first TFT monitor some 7 years back was AOC 17" TN and I found it t be excellent quality for the money. I will admit I did have some problems but the company is superb to deal with and even though I had 4 new replacements [Not swap-outs] they were very pleasant people to deal with and always did a next day exchange with the courier dismantling and setting up new monitor.
I've just had a look through their site, [Europe] and all models/sizes are TN panels with narrow viewing angles of 160 or 170 degrees at 5%. This means colour/brightness will alter even if you move just your head side to side or up/down. I would think this is even more noticeable on a 24" screen.
Apart from above they are a decent monitor and excellent company to deal with, pity they didn't have a Sips or PVA screen in their range.
Addition: I think this model may soon be out of production as they have the The AOC E2436Vwa on release Jan 2010
