Hi all,

So I just purchased an AOC AG271QG from OCUK, got it 3 daya ago and I know about the IPS back-light bleed lottery with these panels and was willing to overlook it unless it was really bad, I saw some people that had near perfect panels and some that were even returning those even though they looked fine to me.

But, I think I got the worst end of the stick with this one as its not just a corner type of BLB, it's overreaching the centre. This is brightness at 28, contrast 50, 65/61/61 RGB. Just turned on the monitor and took pictures of its full black screen after the AOC logo with no signal. I immediately noticed this when using it and thought I'd get used to it but it's kind of disturbing me.

My question is, do you think this is worth returning for a replacement and will OCUK accept a return as faulty? These pictures are staring directly at the monitor, about 2 meters away.

I had issues with an Asus screen and what i considered to be really bad BLB and OCUK wouldn't take it back as faulty. so if you consider it bad you can return it under DSR as long as its within 7 days.
