So, I've just taken ownership of one of these monitors, and I am quite impressed by how it looks with the "calibrated" settings from the tftcentral review. 144Hz works fine, using it with a 1080 Ti, but enabling G-Sync causes noticeable flickering, mostly visible on areas of the image with a solid background, such as the sky.
I am wondering whether this is just an inherent issue with Freesync monitors when used with Nvidia GPU's.
I have tested:
GTA V - very noticeable in loading menus, quite noticeable in shots with Sky.
Nvidia Pendulum demo - very obvious flicker
Hitman - Couldn't see any flicker
Forza Horizon 4 - Couldn't see any flicker
RedOut - only appears to flicker initially on starting a race, then it stops, even if I stop my ship.

I've had a Google and it would appear that flickering Freesync monitors has been a thing for a good while.

Anyone else have this monitor and using it with G-Sync on an Nvidia card?

EDIT:
Sadly after running the Pendulum test my G-Sync setting had reverted to off so all following tests were ran inadvertently with G-Sync off. Having re-ran them I am noticing flickering on Hitman and RedOut, though not on Forza Horizon 4 as it appears to be disabling Freesync when I use it's inbuilt FPS lock
