AOC E2461FWH - Black bars

I bought this monitor and it arrived yesterday (from a competitor) and since I've set it up it has had a 2 - 3cm black bar around the image, as if the image is being scaled. I've changed all of the scaling to 0 or off but the bars are still there. Are there any other fixes possible? Or am I stuck with the black bars?

I can't seem to find anything on the monitors settings either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using an NvidiaGeForce GTX 295

Will give that a go now

Edit: No change after updating the drivers, to me, it now looks like its an intentional black border.

Edit 2: When I switch the monitor off, you can see the black border around the edging of the monitor.

Guess they wanted to make the bezel look as thin as possible but in doing so your left with a stupid black bar all the way around the screen

Its very disappointing, I've set mine up for a return, so looking at purchasing a new monitor now. Not sure what brand to go for.

Yeah its a real shame but it would do my nut in too having those black bars all the way around the screen
