AOC G-sync drivers help

I just got the AOC Gsync G2460PG monitor, and the driver disk it came with.
Although the files appear on my browser for some reason? and doesn't have a driver install for it.

Is there anywhere online to get drivers for a monitor, or dont i need them?

Unless there is something i have missed you should be able to just plug it in and if its hooked up to a nvidia card the ability to enable G-sync should be in the nvidia control panel(remember to update to the latest nvidia driver)

Yeah, ive never needed a driver disk for a monitor, just update the gpu drivers
