Aoc G2460f no display cant change input

So ive just updated my drivers went to reboot my PC but now im getting a no display error using hdmi I cant change the input as it wont let me cycle though the monitor just goes into stand-by mode.

Update ive managed to plug it into my TV using hfmi and it works so its definitely pointing towards my monitor

Any suggestions on a fix??
