Hey,
I bought a 144Hz freesync monitor, using a DP cable with a new RX 480 Nitro+ 8GB and it just doesn't feel like 144Hz. Don't really know a great deal about all this but I have been a frequent reader of the forums and I've seen multiple people claim you would absolutely tell the difference, and I still see the same amount of ghosting and tbh no difference whatsoever.
Both Windows and testufo claim it is at 144Hz, installed beta drivers with the signature enforcement disabled and that didn't fix it. I tried toggling the Monitor settings and can't really find anything that would solve it, the "image setup" tab is greyed out and can't alter anything there so I don't know if some setting in there would fix it.
This is a new build so I can't test the Monitor without the GPU, my PC doesn't have a DP slot so I can't tell whether its the GPU or Monitor but I'm leaning towards Monitor. Using drivers 16.8.2. I am also using a 2nd monitor, a Benq GL2250H 60Hz incase that could be affecting something.
Settings of note:

Hopefully I've made a silly error and its an easy fix! Thanks for reading, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
