Hi All,

I've just bough this monitor and it arrived 2 days ago. I'm noticing a bright blue pixel just left of center on the monitor.

Looking at the dead pixel policy of AOC it requires 3 dead pixels to warrant a refund/exchange. However, it does say that they have a 30 day zero bright dot guarantee. Would this single blue dot qualify for an exchange?

i would just contact ocuk, im pretty sure that they would swap it for you
