AOC I2369VM 23 not displaying correctly?

Afternoon all

I've bought my dad a new monitor for xmas and set it up today but it doesn't seem to be displaying correctly ?

As you can see from the picture the screen won't go all the way out?
I have the display settings set to max 1020 x 1080 is it the graphics card ?

Used HDMI and also treid VGA with the same results

Any help please

Looks like you have HDMI Scaling st to 10%.

HDMI Scaling set to 10%

HDMI Scaling set to 0%

Check inside your Radion settings

Thank you i'll try and nip over to my dads today or i'll be over tomorrow where do i find that setting not sure he has the radeon software on his computer?

Go on to the Radion site and download the drivers if he doesnt already have it.

All sorted thank you it appears my dad just had the standard windows 7 display driver on his system installed the software and it's working great now .
