What's with all these killer waiting times

There's only one actually affordable 4K monitor in stock, and that's the 24" 900 quid Dell

That is the leadtime, we have secured ourselves as launch partner, so were making noise as 4k will be one of the biggest events later this year and I intend of having the best range and deals in the UK.

For 4K, OCUK's definitely leading the way, your prior employers have practically nil.

It's just a killer with the leadtimes, the Samsung is frustrating (With the korean sellers etc on the bay, but I wouldn't chance it, same as I didn't do one of those 1440P monitors)

Buy a Korean one, you have no warranty with Samsung, not a leg to stand on and your reliant on dealing with the Ebay seller if it goes wrong, good look if that happens especially after a year of ownership. Plus you have to pay import duties/taxes on top of the Ebay price, unless you get lucky and customs don't spot it, which will make it nearly £100 more expensive after admin charges.

So these are technically available now on the bay at less than £500 or more than £500? True about the warranty..............I bet 4k is prone to fault this early on so good to have a warranty. Having said that I went to a strangers house and paid cash for an out of warranty dell 2008 30 incher and it's still working perfectly.
