AOC Monitor. OSD Locked

When I try to change a setting on my AOC Monitor, I get a message saying 'OSD Locked'.

I have no idea how I've done this, does anyone know how to undo this?

From a quick Google turn the monitor off, hold down the left button (presume volume down?) and turn on with that button held down. Don't have an AOC myself though

I've tried that but nothing happens.

What is the model?

Try holding down the menu button and turning it on
