Just thought id post my recent experience with an AOC RMA, actually, the replacement arrived today, so the customer service side has been pretty decent.
My issue is the replacement, its manufacture date is May 2020, my original screen was manufactured April 2021, so a 10 month old screen has been replaced with a 25 month old which is also faulty, as i am typing, the screen is constantly flashing like the brightness is going up and down.
I have gone back to AOC and received the usual, take a photo, take a video to which i responded a flat no, i want either my original screen repaired, a brand new or a refund and am now waiting to hear back.
Is this normal practice? My screen being only 10 months old when the DP inputs died, i was convinced a new screen would be issued.
