I am having a nightmare trying to contact anyone at all at AOC regarding my monitor which is covered under warranty.
I noticed that a small bug became lodged behind the screen and was advised by AOC Repairtech to send them the monitor for inspection (the bug is causing pressure on the screen and some backlight/panel issues, affecting the picture) and was told that the warranty excludes foreign objects in the screen.
When checking the warranty in both my manual that came with the monitor and online, there is no mention of this anywhere.
All numbers on the AOC website direct to this UK company repairtech who are not AOC (which they have told me many times) and they have no contact information for the company at all.
Has anyone else encountered this? If so did you manage to find anyone at AOC who you could speak to? Kind of at a loss right now - not what I would expect for a £400 monitor that's just over a year old, would expect the unit to be correctly sealed.
