AOC Warranty, rna etc.

I grabbed one of these from ocuk on late Friday night:

AOC E2470SWHE 23.6" Widescreen LED Multimedia Monitor - Black

Discovered what appears to be damage on the panel itself, enough to drive me mad as it is almost like a blob of dirt that cant be cleaned off. No idea why its there, it looks like it is sandwiched inside the layers
I did make sure un-boxing was done with care and attention but hey ho.

Going to send it back ocuk, but anyone had any experience with AOC and getting thing swapped out?

OCUK will just swap it for you as your within your 14day if your happy to have the same monitor back or they'll refund you.

AOC are abit hit and miss with returns. We've sent stuff back and had it sorted within days, other times it's taken them a month of constant chasing to get it returned.
