Looks like they have upgraded me from 2meg to 8meg, but the speeds are absolutly hidious and have been for the last 2-3 weeks, i logged onto the router today and only just noticed the free upgrade.
Done a few speed tests and getting around 53kb/s, thats discusting speeds.
Its not my line, my line is more than capable, i have very low noise and low loss, when i was on 2meg i "Used to get" constant 230kb/s downloads including bit torrent.
Am phoning up to complain now, im not under contract as iv completed my 12 months so im going to threten to leave.
