AOL Broadband + DSL Router

Hi guys,

Nothing special or different about AOL's broadband service that would prevent it working with a router as per any other ISP, right?

Nope, have setup quite a few with AOL.

also i think AOL uses PPPOE instead of PPPOA

i might be totaly wrong.

The AOL setup I once did also used PPPoE / LLC encapsulation, so what you say seems to be true. (Most normal ADSL services use PPPoA and VC-MUX)

I've setup AOL with a router on a few occasions with no problems.
