AOL - Font Size problem

Hey, my Grandpa has the misfortune of using AOL as his broadband supplier, and thus uses their crummy software.

He made the text size big, and it also prints like that, but wants it to return to its normal size. I've been absolutely ages scouring the menus but no luck, any idea where I can find anywhere to change the font size of web pages?

Press and hold down CTRL and use the wheel on the mouse to manipulate the font sizes
