I'm on their 8mb service and I'm lucky if I see 8kb/s on torrents. I had no complaints when I was on their old 2Mb service. However, when they upgraded me to 8Mb they asked me to agree to a 12 month contract which ends in January. Since then, my speeds have DECREASED dramatically.
My router is set up to forward the relevant ports, etc. I've tried UPnP with no luck whatsoever. Their Indian subcontinent based customer support center offers me no help whatsoever, claiming that I'm using the service at "peak times" (12 midnight onwards!)
