AOL help needed

My m8 is wanting to move isp's he has contacted AOL twice now to get his MAC code and they have so far not sent it, any suggestions as to how to get it?

Im also looking to move from AOL to Sky BB 16mb but i think i have another 1 years contract since the upgrade to 8mb MaxDSL.
