booted up as per, tried to connect to broadband and it wouldn't do it, some kind of error, so I checked all the connections, rebooted came back and it was the same, usually I have 7.6mb/s after I finally managed to get it to log on i'm going at 1.0 mb/s so I'm quite annoyed as I'm paying for a quicker service, I've been wanting to get rid of aol for a while but I'd heard it was a bit of a pain to do ? I've been to think broadband and I still dont know whats a good provider. I dont want any special kind of packages with free TV or phone either. .. =/

Priceless :D oh how true, the sad thing is they make you pay through the nose to speak to someone who is only reading from a crib sheet in another country :(

the people I usually speak to are scottish :p . no point in ringing tech support nothing they will do about it.
just checked with my mum and we are paying 25 pounds a month,
what service is unlimited and fast for that price?

cheers

£25 a month is more than enough for most good deals, read broadband review sites and see whats about.

I left Aol last year, at the end of a 12 month contract and I must say It was pretty painless and straight forward, but as I was also moving house there was no messing with mac codes or anything.

Im now on Be Unlimited and havent looked back.
