AOl keeps shutting down

I get this message

We are unable to determine the cause of your shutdown. We're sorry, no additional details are available.

And I have to reinstall it to get it work. and then shuts down 10mins later
 
basically aol is a POS

get broadband from someone else instead is my answer
"but what about my emails?!" just bite the bullet, get a gmail account instead far better than anything else
 
tbh, Why do you you use the AOL Software? :rolleyes:

Is it just to check your e-mails? i would use the web based one tbh

I used to hate the AOL Software :o

Don't use the AOL Software :D

Can't you just go to Control Panel > network connections > New connection > Connect using Dial up modem > Enter ISP Name " AOL " > Phone number "3/38"


Thats how i use to do it when i use'd to use AOL :) I didnt use the software

Unless you're on dialup (AFAIK), there's no requirement to use the AOL software.

Only if you don't want it to connect - it's 0/38 you'd be looking for.

Eh no you don't, AOL here and i never used the software (when i was using the voyager 105 modem, im on a router now as i went to 2mb Gold), i use IE, and i use Outlook for my e-mails, just follow the guide in here to make your own connection. :)
