Aol netgear router

when i try to access the netgear wireless router i get with aol is asks me for a password, does any body know what it is?

i think the name is admin but no idea what the passy is

oh and i have tried my aol name and password

Look underneath it - it tells you

my sister has one of these

Username : user
Password : password

default user name on netgear routers is admin

i tried that at my sisters and it didnt work

try again
watch the caps

failing that hard boot the router(resets everything to default,check manual,but i think it is unplug power then insert straightened paperclip into small hole on back of router for 30 secs+
job done factory fresh router.then use the default admin/password

Netgear log in is
user: admin
password: password

Make sure you are not in CapsLock or that you use all small characters.

Router: Netgear dg834g
Protocol:HTTP
Username: admin
Password: password

* it should work also with the dg834gt

If this does not work try hard resetting it. It'd help if people posted the model of thier router insted of telling us it's the free one from AOL, since over time models will change.
