aol / tiscali issue

noticed internet extremely slow, im synced at 3.5mbit and we normally get 2mbit

so did a speed test and it appears were are connected to carphone wharehouses service, yet we are on aol / tiscali, and we are permanently capped to 64kbit..........

None of my torrents work anymore either and we are paying for upto 8mbit broadband through aol.co.uk

AOL's been owned by the CPW for ages now. Dunno where you've got Tiscali from though.
