AOL VR and vista connection problems

Hey guys just finished building new rig.

My problem is that AOL will not connect. It keeps going to the stage where it checks the password and then stops It then presents an error msg (AC-0000). Internet explorer works perfectly and the rest of the computers on the home network are also working fine. Ive contacted AOL about 10 times with no joy and they honestly dont have a clue.

Any suggestions to the problem would be much appercaited

So your using a router and only 1 pc has an error?

Well tbh its you not AOL, how do you "connect" as if your using a router then you dont need a modem etc??

Yeah one computer is directly connected to the router via a network cable and 4 other computer connect via wireless. There is an connection but it will not connect to the service?
